Our Statement OF Faith

We affirm that the Bible, consisting of sixty-six books in the Old and New Testaments, is the complete and divinely inspired Word of God. Every part was given by God without error in its original form. We also believe in the eternal existence of the Godhead as three distinct persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who are one God.

We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, manifested in the flesh by virgin birth.  He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, is preparing a place for us as our High Priest, and is coming again.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is God, a divine, eternal person with intellect, emotions, and will of His own. We believe the Holy Spirit's present ministry is restraining sin in the world by convicting it of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He also, in the present age, baptizes people into the Church, the body of Christ, indwells them permanently, seals them until the day of redemption, and empowers them with spiritual gifts.

We believe that God created man in His own image and likeness.  In Adam, all mankind fell into sin with the result that all people are sinners, resulting in spiritual and physical death and all mankind is now sinful by nature and practice, unable to save himself from sin.

Salvation is a free gift from God, offered to humanity through His grace and received solely through faith in Christ, who died for our sins and rose again. It is not dependent on sacraments, good deeds, or human merit, but rests entirely on the redemptive work of Jesus.

We believe that every believer is assured of sanctification in three stages: positional, progressive, and ultimate. We also affirm that all who are born of the Holy Spirit through faith in Christ can rest in the assurance of their salvation, remaining eternally secure in Him.

We believe that all believers, from Pentecost to the return of Jesus Christ, form the body of Christ—the Church that He is building. This body is expressed on earth through local churches, where believers gather for teaching, fellowship, and ministry.

We believe that every believer is called to live a life of righteousness and good works, set apart for God and free from worldliness. This includes maintaining a godly home, resolving conflicts within the church, and avoiding carnality. Believers are also called to embody the fruit of the Spirit, walk in His fullness, and actively fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples of all nations.
