Sad Faith

Sadness is usually a more difficult emotion to talk about. The goal is for students to recognize that sadness is a part of life that is unavoidable.

They will experience sadness Internally as they are hurt in their lives, and they will also experience sadness externally as they see the brokenness and pain in our world.

The Bible is filled with moments of sadness, but this doesn't separate God and His people. Students will feel, but as they do, they can also feel the love, comfort, and direction of Jesus.
