There are people in our lives we trust the most, and unfortunately, they often hurt us the worst. This will be true for the youth you are journeying within your community. Family is the most prominent group of people that will do this to us.
Either we have a relationship with them, and because of brokenness/sin, we hurt each other. Or we don’t know our family (adoption, abandonment, etc.), and we carry that wound around with us. In both scenarios, it becomes essential for us to practice forgiveness for the sake of our souls.
